Drawing

In our first week, our new students begin with various exercises to get them using their new pencils correctly, and looking at things in a different way.
We concentrate on shapes and outlines... they then looked at shading and highlights to produce a hand drawn picture that looked three dimensional!!
Along the way, each student learns various pencil techniques, setting a ground, tonal values, form, ellipses, and the graphite levels in their pencils + how to get proportions with sighting.
Returners or improvers will take their mark making skills to another level, with our inspired drawing module.
